1. No Refund Policy

All orders placed on Manipal are considered final. Once the study materials are booked, processed, shipped, or delivered, no refund request shall be accepted under any circumstances. Customers are advised to carefully review product details, educational information, and service descriptions before placing any order. ACADEMY does not provide refunds for: change of mind, personal reasons, dissatisfaction after delivery, misunderstanding of services, or non-usage of materials.

2. Replacement Policy

We provide replacement support only in the following situations: Study material received in damaged condition Missing pages or defective printed materials Wrong product delivered Customers must report such issues within 7 days from the date of delivery. To request replacement, customers must provide: Order details Delivery proof Unboxing video/photo evidence of damage or missing materials After verification, eligible replacement support will be provided.

3. Non-Replaceable Situations

Replacement shall not be applicable for: Minor printing variations Damage caused after delivery Incorrect address provided by customer Delay caused by courier service Personal dislike or expectation mismatch
